Who we are

Glimmabee ("we", "us") is a brand of AYCE Software. These terms cover this website, glimmabee.com, and the Glimmabee apps, including Bee Pop. By using them you agree to these terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree for your child too.

The apps

Our apps are licensed to you, not sold. Unless we provide our own terms, they are covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That licence lets you use an app on your own Apple devices as the App Store rules allow. Please do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse our apps.

Purchases and refunds

Bee Pop is free to start. The one-time in-app purchase, Unlock all games, is processed by Apple, and we never see your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore a past purchase for free from the grown-up area of the app.

Grown-ups and the gate

Our apps are made for young children, and a grown-up press-and-hold gate protects purchases, restoring, settings and links to this website. Please keep your device's own purchase protections, such as Ask to Buy or a password, turned on. Grown-ups are responsible for purchases made on their devices.

Using this website

Please use the website for its intended purpose: learning about our apps and getting help. Do not try to break it, overload it, or get into parts of it that are not meant to be public. If you email us, please do not include personal details about your child.

Glim, art and content

Glim the bee, the artwork, the sounds, the music, the names Glimmabee and Bee Pop, and everything else on this website and in our apps belong to AYCE Software, except where noted. You may link to our website. Please ask us before using our characters or art anywhere else.

Disclaimer and limits

We work hard to make calm, safe apps, but they and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that they will always work, be error free or suit every need. To the fullest extent the law allows, AYCE Software is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from using our apps or website, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in question. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, such as your consumer rights.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we do and do not collect. In short, our apps collect no personal information.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using our apps or website after that means you accept the updated terms.
