How do I restore a purchase?
Open Bee Balloon Pop, tap the small lock button in the corner and solve the grown-up gate. In the grown-up area, choose Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple account you bought with. The app also checks for your purchase when it opens.
What is the grown-up area and the gate?
The grown-up area holds the settings, the one-time unlock, Restore Purchase and links that leave the app. Before it opens, you answer a short number question written in words, so little fingers cannot get in by accident. A wrong answer gives a new question.
How much does Bee Balloon Pop cost?
It is free to start. A one-time $3.99 unlock opens all modes (Free Pop, Colors, Numbers, Letters and Shapes). There is no subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple, and the price you see in the App Store or at purchase is the one that applies in your country.
How do I turn the sound or music off?
Open the grown-up area. Music and sounds have their own switches.
Does Bee Balloon Pop need the internet?
No. It does not use the network. Only buying or restoring the unlock talks to Apple, through the App Store.
Do you collect my child's data?
No. Bee Balloon Pop has no ads, no tracking and no accounts. Read our privacy policy.
Which devices does it run on?
Bee Balloon Pop is made for iPad and also works on iPhone.
